Here is their story: Molly (brown and white tabby), Tater Tot (brown tabby) and Paisley (mostly light grey (with some tan) tabby/tortie) are three outgoing sisters approximately 10 weeks old (as of 7/10/08). When they were tiny kittens, their mother disappeared... so their aunt, who just had a litter of 5 took them in. The (now 8 week old) litter of 5 includes 3 boys - Cowboy (already adopted--by us! he is the one in the "belly boy" post), Smoke (solid grey), and Paul (grey tabby) and 2 girls - Cowgirl (black and white), and Tiny Tot (brown tabby). All of the kittens were living with their mom/ aunt in the backyard (along side a busy road) of their "caretakers" and were considered strays. They were underweight (8 kittens is a lot for one mommy) and infested with fleas and full of worms. Their "caretakers" went on vacation for a week and the two runts (Tiny Tot and Smoke) made their way through the chain link fence and were playing near a busy road. When the caretakers returned, they relinquished custody of the kittens to me (I already had Tiny Tot and Smoke). They have since been treated with Frontline (for fleas), and dewormed (twice). They have received their first distemper shot (which I was able to give myself, without assistance... they are such laid back little sweeties, that they just purred through the whole thing!!)
Molly (10 week old female): She is a brown and white tabby and a purring machine. Her motor starts as soon as she sees her foster parents...or any human! She is very social and loves attention--from her siblings or humans! She likes to climb all over her foster parents, be it their lap, stomach, back, shoulders... whatever she can get too!

Tater Tot (10 week old brown tabby female) is about as sweet as they come. It took her a day or two to open up, but she, like her sisters Molly and Paisley, loves to purr. She is the first to climb in her foster moms lap! She loves to give face rubs and snuggle with her foster mommy. She also likes to play with her kitty siblings and cousins. She is the "mother" of the group and is often seen grooming her baby cousins. She is particularly fond of Tiny Tot (the runt of her aunt's litter and a smaller version of herself!).

Paisley (a light grey tabby female with some tan torbie showing through). She is a bundle of energy and love--and often shows her love by nibbling on the nearest human! She is good with kids and is loved by everyone that meets her. Like her sisters (Molly and Tater Tot), she is a purring machine that loves attention!

Cowgirl (an 8 week old black and white female) is a real sweet heart. She loves to romp and play with her siblings and cousins. She also loves to be held and petted. She starts to purr and soon as you pick her up. She is a little timid around louder, younger kids (age 4) but did fine with an 8 year old.

Tiny Tot (an 8 week old brown and white tabby female) may be the runt of the litter...but she makes up for it in speed and personality. She is a little spitfire! She isn't afraid of anything (she was not even phased by her 16+ pound monster of a foster brother cat!). She would make anyone a wonderful pet (but, she hasn't slowed down long enough to know if she will be a lap kitty!)

Paul (an 8 week old grey tabby male) is a real sweet heart. He loves to cuddle and is sure to be a great lap kitty. He is very fond of taking little cat naps, when he isn't playing with his siblings.

Smoke (an 8 week old solid grey male) is a laid back cutie. He was the second smallest of the litter, just a little bigger than Tiny Tot, but he is growing like a weed! His favorite toy is a card board box! He also loves to chase the tails of his siblings! Like his brother, Paul, he is very fond of taking little cat naps.
